BrandMeWorld는 이용자가 자신의 브랜드, 로고, 사진, 영상, 링크 및 관련 정보를 등록하고 공개하며 다른 이용자가 이를 발견·조회·공유할 수 있도록 하는 플랫폼입니다. 본 약관은 BrandMeWorld와 이용자 사이의 서비스 이용 관계에 적용됩니다.
BrandMeWorld is a platform where users may publish brand profiles, logos, photos, videos, links, and related information for discovery, viewing, and sharing. These Terms govern use of the service.이용자는 정확한 정보를 사용하여 계정을 관리해야 하며 계정 보안에 대한 책임이 있습니다. 이메일 또는 Google 계정을 이용한 인증 기능이 제공될 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자의 개인정보 처리를 위해 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 경우, 적법한 동의 절차가 마련되지 않은 동안 회원가입 또는 브랜드 등록 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
Users are responsible for accurate account information and account security. Email and Google authentication may be offered. Where parental or guardian consent is legally required for users under 14, account or publishing functions may be restricted until a lawful consent process is available.이용자는 자신이 등록한 콘텐츠의 권리를 원칙적으로 보유합니다. 다만 서비스 제공, 저장, 전송, 노출, 검색, 추천, 랭킹, 공유 미리보기 및 BrandMeWorld 홍보에 필요한 범위에서 BrandMeWorld에 비독점적이고 전 세계적인 이용 권한을 부여합니다. 이용자는 자신이 올리는 콘텐츠에 필요한 권리와 허가를 보유해야 합니다.
Users generally retain ownership of their content. Users grant BrandMeWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, display, index, recommend, rank, preview, share, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service. Users must have the rights and permissions required for all uploaded content.불법 콘텐츠, 타인의 저작권·상표권·초상권·개인정보 등 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠, 사칭·기만·사기, 악성코드·스팸, 불법 상품·서비스의 홍보, 아동 성착취물, 폭력적 위협·괴롭힘, 개인정보의 무단 공개 등은 금지됩니다. BrandMeWorld는 신고 또는 자체 확인을 통해 콘텐츠를 제한·삭제하거나 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
Illegal content, infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, impersonation, fraud, malware, spam, promotion of unlawful goods or services, child sexual exploitation material, violent threats, harassment, and unauthorized disclosure of personal data are prohibited. BrandMeWorld may restrict or remove content or accounts when appropriate.조회수는 중복·조작을 줄이기 위한 기술적 기준으로 집계될 수 있으며 동일 공인 IP의 반복 조회는 브랜드별 1회로 처리될 수 있습니다. 랭킹은 고유 조회수 등 공개된 기준을 바탕으로 산정되며, 부정 이용 방지나 서비스 개선을 위해 산정 방식이 변경될 수 있습니다. 순위 또는 노출은 보장되지 않습니다.
Views may be measured using anti-abuse methods, including counting repeated views from the same public IP only once per brand. Rankings may use unique views and other disclosed metrics. Ranking methods may change to prevent manipulation or improve the service, and no rank or level of exposure is guaranteed.BrandMeWorld는 배너, 스폰서 브랜드, 추천 영역, 제휴 링크 등 유료 광고 또는 프로모션을 표시하고 광고·제휴 수익을 얻을 수 있습니다. 유료 노출은 가능한 범위에서 광고·스폰서임을 구분하여 표시합니다. 자연 랭킹과 유료 광고 영역은 별도로 운영하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
향후 브랜드 소유자 또는 콘텐츠 제공자에게 광고 수익 배분, 후원, 판매 연계 등 수익화 프로그램을 제공할 수 있으나, 별도의 프로그램 약관·정산 조건에 동의하지 않는 한 자동적인 수익 청구권이 발생하지 않습니다.
BrandMeWorld may display paid advertising, sponsored brands, promotional placements, or affiliate links and may earn advertising or affiliate revenue. Sponsored placements will be distinguished where appropriate, and organic ranking is intended to remain separate from paid placements. Future creator or brand monetization programs may be introduced under separate eligibility, settlement, tax, and program terms; no automatic right to revenue exists without a separate agreement.향후 상품 판매, 결제, 구독, 거래 중개 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 실제 유료 거래 기능을 개시하는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 가격, 결제, 청약철회·환불, 판매자 정보, 통신판매 또는 중개 관련 고지 등 필요한 사항을 별도로 마련합니다.
BrandMeWorld may later offer sales, payments, subscriptions, or marketplace functions. Before paid transaction features launch, applicable pricing, payment, refund, seller disclosure, and e-commerce or intermediary notices will be added as required by law.YouTube 등 외부 콘텐츠 또는 사이트 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 외부 서비스의 이용에는 해당 서비스의 약관과 개인정보 정책이 추가로 적용될 수 있으며 BrandMeWorld는 외부 서비스의 내용이나 지속적인 제공을 보장하지 않습니다.
The service may embed or link to third-party services such as YouTube. Third-party terms and privacy policies may also apply, and BrandMeWorld does not guarantee third-party content or availability.보안, 법적 의무, 시스템 개선, 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경하거나 일부 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 약관 위반, 권리침해, 부정 조회·광고 조작, 보안 위협 등이 확인되는 경우 콘텐츠 제한, 계정 정지 또는 삭제 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
Features may change or be temporarily suspended for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons. Violations, infringement, manipulation of views or ads, or security threats may result in content or account restrictions.각 이용자는 자신이 등록하거나 홍보하는 콘텐츠, 브랜드, 상품 또는 서비스의 적법성과 정확성에 책임을 집니다. BrandMeWorld는 법령상 허용되는 범위에서 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 사이의 거래·분쟁에 직접 당사자가 아닌 경우 그 결과를 보증하지 않습니다. 분쟁에는 대한민국 법령을 적용하며 관할은 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
Users are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their content, brands, products, and promotions. To the extent permitted by law, BrandMeWorld does not guarantee outcomes of disputes or transactions to which it is not a direct party. Korean law applies, and jurisdiction follows applicable law.서비스 또는 법령 변경에 따라 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 사이트 내 공지 등 합리적인 방법으로 알립니다.
These Terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Material changes will be announced through the site or another reasonable method.
